Placita de Flórez and transfer: Initial meeting and departure towards the mountain. Ascent to the ancestral territory with panoramic views of the Aburrá Valley.
Santa Elena Viewpoint: Ceremonial opening with 180° views of Santa Elena . Words of welcome and preparation for the mindful walk; this is the true gateway to the experience.
Hike to Ecolodge La Casa de la Abuela : A 2.5 km walk through agricultural terraces and traditional farming practices. Opening of the senses and connection with the energy of the environment.
Ecolodge La Casa de la Abuela : An ancestral welcome with a hot herbal beverage. A moment to hydrate, relax, and connect with rural hospitality. Bathroom facilities available.
Trail to the waterfall: A mindful 40-minute walk through forests and mountains, observing flora and fauna.
Sacred waterfall: Ritual bath in crystal-clear waters. A moment of purification, play, and contemplation. A water gratitude ritual guided by local hosts. Free time for photographs.

Country lunch: Organic Bandeja Paisa with farm-fresh ingredients (beans, arepa , avocado, plantain, rice, free-range egg, Chicharrón , Chorizo or chicken) and Aguapanela with lemon (hot or cold). Vegetarian/vegan menu available at no extra cost.
Phytotherapy workshop: Recognition of medicinal plants in the ecosystem. Learning about regenerative horticulture and the traditional uses of native flora.
Closing ceremony: A moment of reflection, intention, and gratitude. Sharing circle among participants. Closing of the experience.
